❤️ 𝔹𝕒𝕤𝕖 ℂ𝕙𝕒𝕜𝕣𝕒 ❤️
Our Base Chakra (also known as the root chakra or Muladahara) is located at the base of our spine and is all about being grounded in our bodies, having strong roots into the earth and survival.
When this Chakra is out of balance some of the ways it may present could be through feeling fearful, abandoned, unsupported, alone and having family stress. It could also be showing up in the form of negativity, pessimism and lethargy as well as feeling like you’re constantly in ‘fight or flight’ mode and worried about your survival.
There are many ways to rebalance your Base Chakra, some of which include;
❤️ Smell Sandalwood, Cedarwood or Lavender oil
❤️ Walking outside on the earth in bare feet
❤️ Eating red foods such as tomatoes, cherries and strawberries
❤️ Dancing, moving and getting back in touch with your body
❤️ Wear or see the colour red (ie put a red blanket on your couch or a red background on your phone)
❤️ Spend time in nature, walking in the garden or at the beach to help reconnect you to the earth again
