Clinic Location for Face to Face Appointments:
Suite 1, 6-8 Intrepid Street BERWICK, VIC 3806 (Located within the Enhance Yoga Studio Building)
*IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFORMATION*
The Clinic location is off Enterprise Avenue, which is off Clyde Road in Berwick (there is a Clyde Rd exit on the Monash). During late January/early February there are significant railway works that are being undertaken as they finalise the Berwick Station overpass. This means that there will be unexpected delays in travel time to the clinic, which I apologise in advance for, however it will be completed in early 2022 though so it’s only a short term pain.
Please ensure that you allow extra travel time for delays and review the map so that you are clear on the best way for you to travel to the clinic.
Link for Online Sessions:
A link will be emailed to you ahead of your session from the Healing with Stacey email account. You will need to ensure that you have Zoom set up on your computer/tablet or phone and that you have a fully charged device. Click here for a link to download Zoom if you don’t already have it, it is free for you to download and use. For your online session please ensure that you are logged in a few minutes prior to your time starting and ensure that your camera and microphone are turned on. Ideally most people like to sit at either their desk or in the comfort of their bedroom to relax and enjoy their healing session. So please make yourself comfortable for the healing.
Payment of Sessions:
Please note that payment for all in person and online sessions is payable on the day by Cash (if in person), Card (please note card payments will incur a $1.50 card processing fee) or you may choose to do a Bank Transfer payment at least two days ahead of your session. If you wish to do a Bank Transfer please make contact with Stacey to request bank details and exact cost of your session and then use your name as a reference.
Covid Government Regulations:
Inline with current Government health regulations, there will be strict procedures in place at all times to ensure the safety of our staff and clients;
- If you are feeling unwell in anyway (sore throat, cold, runny nose, cough etc) or if you are a close contact or need to isolate it is your responsibility to contact Stacey immediately and arrange to reschedule your appointment or move it to an online appointment at a mutually agreed time in the future. Cancellation policy will not apply to those who are unwell and unable to attend their appointment.
- Please do not bring any guests with you to your appointment (partners, children etc) as due to density restrictions in place we are only able to have two people in the clinic at one time, including Stacey.
- Please check in via the QR Code provided in the Reception area upon arrival and use the hand sanitiser provided upon entering the clinic room. If you are unable to check in via the QR Code please advise Stacey and your details can be manually entered into the attendance record.
- Please note that at this time, requirements state that masks are to be worn inside the clinic during your session unless you have a medical exemption. If you have an issue with this, please feel free to discuss it with Stacey directly prior to your session.
I understand that this is not how any of us would choose to have our healing sessions, however we must comply with all government legislation and your support in adhering to these guidelines during these challenging times is greatly appreciated.
Please note that Healing with Stacey will send a text message prior to your appointment to confirm your booking. Once you have texted back ‘yes’ your booking is confirmed, and will be subject to the cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24hrs of your appointment or do not show up at your allocated appointment time a cancellation fee of 50% of your session fee will apply. Thank you so much for your understanding.
