Thank you for confirming your upcoming booking with Healing with Stacey, please read and take note of the following important details ahead of your session;

There is lots of street parking available, please do not park in the small carpark directly in front of the building.
When you arrive for your session, please feel free to enter the waiting room and then take a seat until Stacey calls you through for your session. Once you come through to the clinic room you will be asked to please remove your shoes as no shoes are to be worn in the Healing with Stacey healing space.
Our healing space is shared with other practitioners and is a quiet space, therefore we ask that the noise level be kept at a minimum when you are visiting the clinic and that no other people (including children) are brought with you to your session unless they are having a Kinesiology Session themselves. This ensures that you, as well as others in the clinic, all have the best possible relaxing experience and are able to ‘switch off’ and enjoy your healing.
Payment of Sessions: Kinesiology Session Pricing – Online and In Person
90min Initial Session (Teenager/Adult) – $180
45-60min Initial Session (Child – 10yrs & under) – $130
90min Long Sessions (Teenager/Adult) – $180
60min Follow Up Session – $130
Please note that payment for all in person and online sessions is payable on the day or prior in the following ways;- Cash
- Card on the day – please note card payments will incur a $1.50 card processing fee
- EFT payment – please ensure it is paid at least two business days prior to the session, and please send confirmation via text when you have paid directly to Stacey
Keeping all our Clients Safe: To keep all our clients and fellow practitioners healthy, we have the following procedures in place at the Clinic;
- If you are feeling unwell in anyway (sore throat, cold, runny nose, cough etc) or if you are a close contact of someone with a virus it is your responsibility to contact Stacey immediately and arrange to reschedule your appointment or move it to an online appointment at a mutually agreed time in the future. Cancellation policy will not apply to those who are unwell and unable to attend their appointment.
- Please do not bring any guests with you to your appointment (partners, children etc) as due to density restrictions in place we are only able to have two people in the clinic at one time, including Stacey.
- Please use the hand sanitiser provided upon entering the clinic room and note that there will be hand sanitiser available for you to use in clinic.
- The clinic room is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised in between clients, everything is wiped down and the headtowels and massage table covers are changed to ensure a clean, fresh environment for all.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that Healing with Stacey will send a text message prior to your appointment to confirm your booking. Once you have texted back ‘YES’ your booking is considered confirmed, and will therefore be subject to the cancellation policy, which is; • More than 24hrs notice given: No charge. • Less than 24hrs notice given: 50% of session price will be charged. • No show/no contact given: Full session price will be charged.
